Lip liner pencils are used to define the shape of your lips and make the
application of lipstick easier and look better. No matter what shape your
lips are, correct application of lip liner can give the appearance of fuller
or thinner lips and even create the perfect shape. Also, outlining the lips
significantly reduces the bleeding of lipsticks into fine lines and wrinkles
near the mouth. A good quality neutral lip liner can be used with most
shades of lipstick while strong colors of lip liner must be used only with
matching lipsticks. You'll be surprised by the difference a good lip liner
can make.

skin tone, eye and hair color, it must also match your wardrobe and most

brands can be applied evenly and smoothly with minimal pressure, and look
for fade-resistant and long-wearing lipsticks in order to avoid numerous
trips to the powder room for retouching. During her lifetime a woman will

enormous range of colors and advice about which shades most suit you should

date on current color fashions.

To create truly kissable lips you should always start with well moisturized,
smooth, dry lips. Outline your lips with liner, flattering the good areas
and minimizing the others to develop the shape you like. Fill in the outline
with a similar shade of lipstick. A single color can be used, but to enhance
the fullness of your lips, apply a slightly darker lipstick around the edges
and a slightly lighter shade in the centre of the lips. Ensure the lip liner
is blended in well and blot the lips with tissue paper. A clear glossy balm
can be used to coat the lips and bring attention to your smile. When not
wearing lipstick you can use a quality lipbalm to prevent dryness and
chapping and maintain beautiful, healthy and totally kissable lips.
